At AG Machinery Depot LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

Eligibility for Returns

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

Unused, undamaged, and uninstalled.

Clean and free of any mounting or service marks.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Custom orders, custom-made items, or electrical equipment are non-refundable.

 

How to Return an Item

To return or exchange an item, you must obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Contact us at:

Online Request: Visit our website and complete the RGA Request form.

Once your RGA number is issued, you will receive instructions for return shipping, including the correct return address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns marked as "refused delivery – return to sender" will also have the return shipping cost deducted from the refund.

 

Restocking Fees

Items returned after 30 days may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Returns submitted outside the 30-day return window will not be accepted.

 

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable shipping and restocking fees.

 

Exclusions

No refunds will be issued for custom orders, custom-made items, electrical equipment, or any products that have been used, mounted, or installed.

Returns that do not meet the stated eligibility criteria will not be accepted.
