AG Machinery Depot LLC Shipping Policy
By placing an order through AG Machinery Depot LLC, the customer agrees to all terms outlined in this shipping policy.
Order Processing
Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed within 1–2 business days.
Once processed, orders will be shipped within 1–2 business days.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Most items will ship via FedEx, UPS Ground, or LTL Freight depending on size and weight.
FedEx/UPS Ground: Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days after carrier pickup.
LTL Freight: Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after carrier pickup.
Customers will receive tracking information via email once the order has been shipped.
Domestic and International Shipping
AG Machinery Depot LLC ships to both domestic and international destinations.
Shipping charges for international orders do not include duties or tariffs. Customers are responsible for these additional fees.
Residential Deliveries
Residential deliveries via LTL carriers may incur an additional fee (typically $130 or more) and may experience delivery delays of 1–2 business days.
To avoid these charges and delays, we recommend shipping to a commercial address or choosing the "hold at terminal" option for pickup at the nearest LTL terminal.
Hold at Terminal Option
Customers without a commercial address may select the “hold at terminal” option during checkout.
AG Machinery Depot LLC will coordinate with the carrier to identify the closest terminal, confirm the terminal address with the customer, and notify when the order is ready for pickup.
Order Changes, Cancellations, and Address Updates
If an order has been processed but not yet shipped, customers may request order cancellation or address changes.
Once an order has been shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed, and cancellations are not possible.

Damaged Shipments and Shortages
Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery.
Any damage or shortages must be noted on the bill of lading or delivery sheet, and the carrier’s driver must acknowledge this in writing.
Claims must be filed directly with the carrier using the signed bill of lading or delivery sheet. Claims without this documentation will not be accepted.
In-Person Pickup
Customers may arrange to pick up orders from our warehouse. Stock levels vary by location. Please contact us in advance to confirm availability.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on the origin and destination of the product.
For accurate shipping quotes, please provide the complete delivery address during checkout.
Tracking Information
Tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer once the order has shipped. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive this email.
Customer Communication
We will contact customers via email for any additional information needed to process the order.
